Arthur Glenn Golden

Arthur “Art” Glenn Golden, 78, of Levittown, PA, passed away peacefully at home, on April 8, 2025.  Born June 6, 1946 to the late Betty Jane (nee Nedrow) and Joseph John Golden, Art was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran.  He was fun loving, and hard working.  He was a carpenter/superintendent for many years, most recently with Northwood Construction Company retiring in 2006.  Art was a member of Pinewood Pool for many years, he enjoyed gardening, lawn mowing, building anything, helping anyone and spending time with his family.  There are too many friends and co-workers to mention, but grateful for each of you.

Art was a lifelong member of Christ United Methodist Church, 501 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.  There are also so many in his church family who have been so supportive during his illness, and his life.  We thank God for blessing him with this special love.

Along with his parents Art was preceded in death by his sister Betty Jo Belke.  He is survived by the love of  his life for over 50 years Barbara Ann (nee Lasley), Golden and their beloved sons Kevin (Jenn), Brian (Erin), and Dan (Devina).  He was a devoted “Poppy” to his grandchildren, Ryan, Alyssa, Kyle, Danielle, Cameron, Cara, and Carina.  He was also blessed with great-grandchildren, whom he adored, Madison, Ryan, Anthony, Arianna (and a little one on the way).  He loved and was loved by in-law’s Jeannette, Pat (Terry), Dot (Jim) and Paul (Linda).  Along with nieces LeeAnne, Diana, Sarah, Laura, Catherine, and nephew Michael.

Relatives and friends are invited Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 10:30am until 12pm at Christ United Methodist Church 501 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, with a service to follow.  Interment Washington Crossing National Cemetery Newtown, PA.  Memorial Contributions made to the above named church in Art’s memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
