Francis Boisseau was born in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of Catherine and John G.
Boisseau. He was the beloved brother of Catherine Smith (Bill) and Mary Kennedy (Earl). After
high school, Francis joined the United States Army. Following his service, he worked on the
wrecking crew for the Pennsylvania Railroad, Penn Central, and later Conrail.
Frank was a kind and generous man, known for his good heart and his playful sense of humor.
He loved to joke and tease—sometimes a little too much—but always with affection. A true
romantic, his wife Mary was the love of his life. After her passing, he was blessed to find love
again with his longtime companion, Roz Londo, with whom he shared many joyful years.
Frank enjoyed playing golf, traveling, and making memories with loved ones. Although he had
no children of his own, he cherished Roz’s grandchildren, Maya and Carter, proudly stepping
into the role of “Pop-Pop.”
Frank will be deeply missed by his family, nieces and nephews, Roz’s family, and all who knew
him. May he rest in peace, remembered for his warmth, humor, and the love he shared.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on August 22, 2025 at Resurrection Cemetery located at
5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be
made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
