Walter Whitt

Walter Whitt “Walt” passed away suddenly at his home in Levittown on October 30, 2017, he was 68.

In his younger years
Walt enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing and he was a former member of the Uptown String Band in Hulmeville, PA.

Walt was an avid home chef and enjoyed working on his own cookbook. A retired PA State Liquor Store manager and veteran of the U.S. Navy, Walt was an active lifetime member of the Jesse W. Soby Post #148 in Langhorne, PA.

His six grandchildren who he loved dearly were the sunshine of his life. Walt will be sadly missed by his devoted wife of 16 years Cathy Whitt (nee Whalen) and daughter Amy (Tim) Loteckie of Levittown, his grandchildren T.J., Tyler, Anthony, Claudia, Nathan, and Corey, and many close friends. Walt was predeceased by his father James Harry Whitt, Jr. and mother Inez Whitt (nee Greger).
Relatives and friends are invited to his memorial service Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 7 pm. Friends will be received from 6 pm until service time at 7 pm at the Faust Funeral Home Inc. 902 Bellevue Avenue. Hulmeville, PA 19047. 215-757-6662. Interment will be private.
