Lilyanna Kazimiera Paulinski, passed away surrounded by her loving family at Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania, on Sunday, October 11, 2020, she was 16 days old. Lilyanna who was born on September 25, 2020, was a strong little warrior who tried very hard to overcome her heart issue. She was surrounded by love for the entirety of her life and will be dearly missed.

Lilyanna will be truly and deeply missed by her parents Christopher Paulinski, Jasmine Johnson, Christine Ackerman, and Cameron Braswell. She will also be missed by her siblings Mariska Johnson, Kyares Johnson, Ellinore Ackerman, and Nathan Ackerman.
