Jane Keene

Jane Sortor Keene, 62 of Trevose, PA died suddenly on Monday, December 13. Born in Trenton, NJ, she later moved to Yardley, PA with her family. She attended the Pennington School in Pennington, NJ, graduating in 1977. She was awarded the prestigious Tower Award for 2011-2012 as a leading alumna of the school.
A graduate of Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA, Jane earned her law degree at Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, PA. She was a practicing attorney, specializing in patent law and had her office in Hamilton, NJ where she served her clients.

Additionally, Jane was an accomplished musician and performed in concert at Carnegie Hall, NYC. She was also an avid bird watcher, gardener, fly fisherwoman and superb chef.
Jane is survived by her husband Robert P. Keene of Trevose, her brother John Sortor of San Sebastián, Florida, her god-child. Cathleen Keene and numerous in-laws.

Relatives and friends are invited to Jane’s funeral service 6:30pm Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Faust Funeral Home Inc. 902 Bellevue Ave. Hulmeville, PA 19047.  Where friends will be received from 5pm until 6:30pm.  Interment Private.
