Cecelia M. Smulski (nee Simon) passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home in Fallsington on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, she was 76.  Born in Donora, PA to the late George F. and Margaret (nee Petrowski) Simon, Sr., Cecelia spent many years working for Wood Services doing clerical work.  She married the love of her life, Henry Smulski, on November 30, 1968, sharing almost 57 years of love and memories together.  Cecelia was the matriarch of the family, she loved to host and throw a good party, she was very generous and loved her family deeply.  She enjoyed tanning by the pool and drinking a glass of wine, taking family vacations to the islands, and decorating for every holiday, especially Christmas.  She also liked to go to the casinos and play the Wheel of Fortune slot machines, playing the lottery daily and watching soap operas like General Hospital.  Cecelia had a flare for design and enjoyed shopping.  Above all she enjoyed spoiling her granddaughter and her bulldogs Stella, Baby and Missy.

Along with her parents Cecelia was also predeceased by her beloved daughter Claudine Dovidio.  She will be deeply missed by her cherished husband Henry Smulski.  Also by their loving children Nicole and her husband Mark Hoffman, and Christopher and his wife Victoria Smulski.  Cecelia will also be sorely missed by her granddaughter Breanna Chandler.
