Charles J. Kissinger, age 83, of Penndel, Pa. passed away peacefully on Thursday May 15, 2025 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne Born in Queens, N.Y., he was a resident of Penndel for over 50 years. Charles worked for Philadelphia Suburban Water for many years until he retired. He loved training and hunting with his dogs and was heavily involved with supporting many dog clubs including being on the Board of Directors, an officer or a past President of the following organizations: DelVal GWPC, GWPCA, NAVHDA, EGSPC and the Eng. Setter club of America. He was involved in many dog sports from field trials, hunt tests, obedience, conformation and always trying new things. He was the best friend a person could ask for, as someone once
said he could probably get a rock to talk.

Son of the late Frieda (Port) and Charles Kissinger, husband of the late Barbara R, (Kaiser), he is survived by his wife Deborah A. (Waldspurger) Kissinger, his son Mark (Sherry) Kissinger, his daughter Charlene (Robert) Spitz, his grandchildren Cayla, Robbie, MacKenzie, Matt and his two great grandchildren. Services are private under the care of Faust Funeral Home, Inc. Hulmeville. A celebration of life will be planned at future date.
