Chinnamma Mathew was born on January 10, 1959, to Mathew and Rahelemma Yohannan of the Alumkadavil family in Odanavattom, Kottarakkara. She was the youngest of eight siblings and the cherished daughter of the family. On February 18, 1984, Chinnamma married Mr. Mathew Varghese (Sunny) of the Kulathinkal house in Punalur, Kollam, Kerala. Together, they raised two strong, God-fearing daughters, Linda and Leena. Chinnamma migrated to the United States on November 11, 2001, where she worked diligently to build a meaningful life for her family. Chinnamma was a loving and warm-hearted person who never met a stranger and was a true friend to all who knew her. She left an unforgettable impression on everyone she encountered through the joy and love she shared. Chinnamma thrived in the company of others, cherishing moments of talking, laughing, and creating lasting memories. She had a passion for cooking and delighted in sharing her creations, always striving to bring happiness to others. Her love for gardening was evident in her vibrant plants, and she recently embraced the challenge of learning how to stitch. Above all, Chinnamma treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren, finding immense joy in caring for them. Through her unwavering dedication, she has built a strong foundation for their faith, instilling in them a deep sense of values that will guide them throughout their lives. She had a deep passion for passing down traditions and took great joy in sharing them with her grandchildren.

She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Seanan Joy, Olivia Joy, Haybel Alexander, Hayden Alexander, and Hayzen Alexander.
