David L. Horn of Hulmeville passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, March 12, 2026; he was 73 years old. Born to the late Watson and Olga (nee Hashagen) on September 27, 1952, Dave spent his career as a proud member of the Steamfitters Local 420. Dave found great joy in the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was also a sports fan and enjoyed playing baseball, watching the Phillies or Eagles, and being a spectator at his grandchildrens’ games. He had a wonderful dry sense or humor and loved to make others laugh. Dave also loved to spend time with his beloved dog Cole.

Along with his two parents, Dave was also predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy “Dee” Horn and his brothers Fred and Harry Horn.

He will be deeply missed by his children and grandchildren, Jennifer Horn, her husband Edward Neubauer, and their children, Grace, Natalie, and Wesley; Kristen McCreary, her husband Stephen McCreary II, and their children Shane, Logan, and Daniel; Kaitlyn Horn, her husband Josh Bachmann and their children Leah and Henry, and his step-daughter Danielle Foster and her husband John Galambos, and their children Devon, Paige, and their grandson Nash. He will also be missed and lovingly remembered by sisters Marliyn Weber and Cynthia Miller.
