George Krikorian, 102, longtime resident of College Point, NY, Fairless Hills, PA, and
Myrtle Beach, SC, died April 4, 2025, in Langhorne, PA. Born in the Bronx, NY, on June
25, 1922, he fell in love with aviation at a young age and attended the Manhattan High
School of Aviation Trades. After leaving high school, he trained many women in aircraft
assembly who became known as “Rosie the Riveters”. He served his country in the
Navy during World War II in the Pacific Theater.

George enjoyed a long career in aviation, including decades of service to the aviation
department of Amerada Hess Corporation. In 1994, he was honored with the Charles
Taylor “Master Mechanic” Award by the FAA. George was always quick with a smile and
a joke, and many friends will remember him for his kindness and generosity.

Son of the late Geragos and Araxi (née Hanlian) Krikorian, George was preceded in
death by his beloved wife Louise (née Hofmann), cherished brother John, and beloved
wife Esther (née Searer). He was devoted to his daughters, Lori Krikorian and Julie
Eshbaugh (Gary), and his grandchildren, Dylan Eshbaugh, Kenneth Linsinbigler and
Richard Breech, and Kyle and Nathan Abrahims. He also had a special fatherly
relationship with Priscilla Gray. He was preceded in death by a nephew, George
Krikorian, and is survived by two loving nephews, John and Alex Krikorian.

Services will be held April 30, 2025, at Christ United Methodist Church, Fairless Hills,
PA. Visitation at 9 AM with a service to follow at 10 AM. Interment Private.
