Yukiko H. Burton (nee Hashimoto) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, she was 96 years old. Born in Osaka, Japan to the late Mr. Gisuke and Mrs. Moyoshi (nee Yamauchi) Hashimoto of prefecture Yehataya-Machi Minato-Ku in Osaka-City, Yukiko spent her adult years working as a seamstress for Nannets, a home health aide and as a manager at Fannie Mae Candies, along with selling Avon for many years earning her several trips and awards. Yukiko was very crafty and enjoyed making different items over the years but especially Christmas ornaments, as well as sewing. An excellent home chef, she enjoyed sushi and making Onigirazu for her family to enjoy. Yukiko loved to work in her garden. A published poet Yukiko enjoyed writing Haikus and playing solitaire. Above all Yukiko loved to spend time with her beloved family.
Along with her parents she was predeceased by her husband Thomas William Burton and grandson William T. Burton,Jr. She will be deeply and truly missed by her children William T. Burton, Sr. and his wife Regina (nee Bolinski) Burton, and Bennet Leo Burton. Along with her cherished grandchildren Barbara Lynn Nicolai and her fiance Pete Nicolai, Michael Perrin, and Vincent Leo Bennet Burton. Also by her dear great-granddaughter Dolce Ana Nicolai.
Relatives and friends are invited on Thursday, August 14, 2025 to Faust Funeral Home Inc. 902 Bellevue Ave. Hulmeville, PA 19047 from 5:30pm until 7pm. Interment will take place privately at Rosedale Memorial Park Bensalem, PA.
