What a wonderful man, with a wonderful sense of humor. I always enjoyed visiting with you and Elsie when spending time in Stone Harbor. You and Elsie were such delightful neighbors. I always considered you special friends. Frank, you will be missed. Thank you for sharing so much of your lifetime adventures. Thank you for your friendship. Rest In Peace.
