Janet M. McIlvaine, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in Holly Springs, North Carolina, on Wednesday,  February 23, 2022 , she was 71. Born in Philadelphia to the late Francis and Gladys (Reed) McIlvaine, Janet received her Master’s degree before beginning a 30 plus year career as the Executive Director of the Molly Woods program at the Woods school before her retirement in May 2016, winning several prestigious awards and accolades. She was an avid golfer taking many “golfing” vacations and traveling all over the country.

Janet will be deeply missed by her sister Karen (Brendan) Murray several nieces, nephews and great-neices and nephews. Along with Janets dear friend Barbara West, with whom she shared many adventures.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the Faust Funeral Home Inc. 902 Bellevue Ave. Hulmeville, PA 19047 from 10am until 11am. Interment Beechwood Cemetery Bensalem, PA. Memorial Contributions may be sent to the charity of the donor’s choice.
