JOSEPH J. KELLY passed away peacefully on December 7, 2021 in their Chalfont home with his daughter by his side.  He was 89.

Born on Almond Street, Fishtown PA to the late Eugene and Isabella Kelly.   Joe was a graduate of Northeast Catholic High School and served in the military during the Korean conflict.  Joe was a long-time employee of Jack Frost Sugar in Fishtown.  After its closure, he worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in integrated services and then spent many years working part time at Greg Long’s gym where he made many cherished friends and was known as “MVP Joe Kelly”, which was proudly displayed on his reserved parking space.

Beloved father of Maryann (John) and late son Joseph, cherished grandfather to Kellianne and John J. and devoted brother of James and the late Eugene and Jack.  Also survived by many cousins, nieces/nephews and dear friends.  Joe will always be remembered by his easy-going, kind-hearted and friendly spirit.  He will be forever missed by his family, friends and those who had the privilege to know him.

The family would like to thank all the nurses and aides at Doylestown Hospital and Doylestown Health Hospice for providing Joe loving and wonderful care.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral service 9:30 to 11am with service to follow on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Faust Funeral Home 902 Bellevue Ave, Hulmeville, PA.  Interment following at Resurrection Cemetery 5201 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020.
