Kay Janet Nobel, 82, of Levittown, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 16, 2026. Born February 26, 1944, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Viola (Preller) Bispels. Kay worked for many years as a Contract Administrator for the Federal Government until her retirement.

Kay married Robert Nobel on May 22, 1965, and they shared 61 years together.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Ruth, Jack, and Bill. Kay is survived by her husband, Robert; her children Bob (Debby) Nobel and Scott (Tara) Nobel; and her grandchildren Melissa (Sam), Nathan (Hannah), Christian (Cassidy), Alexander, Josh, Nicholas, Mia-Grace, Aiden, and Andrew. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Lorelei, Evangeline, Hazel, Rowen, Adeline, Cashel, Eliza, Aurora, and a new great-grandchild expected in October. Additional survivors include her sister-in-law Pat, brother-in-law Alan, and their son Joshua (Amanda) and many nieces and nephews.
