Mildred A. (Walters) Horrocks passed away Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, at her home in Beach Lake, Pa. She was 81. Born in Philadelphia, Mildred lived most of her life in Bristol Township.

She had a strong belief in God and was very outspoken. She loved giving gifts of all kinds to those around her. Often referring to herself as a Domestic Engineer; she kept a tidy home. Mildred, and her husband enjoyed dancing and league bowling together. She was very proud of being a contestant in the 1994 Mrs. Pennsylvania Pageant. She trained to be a Massage Therapist and helped give pain relief to many. She loved reading, gardening, cooking and had many other interests.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Charles W. Horrocks; two daughters, Kathie Horrocks and Charlette Branch; and her sister, Kathleen Stratz. Mildred will be sadly missed by her children, Charles H. Horrocks (Kimberly), Millie Seliga, and Shirley White (Eric Smith); along with her sister, Doris Zeller; and seven grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her graveside service at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 29, at St. Marks Cemetery, Rt 13 & Rt 413, Croydon, PA 19021. Faust Funeral Home, Hulmeville, PA
