My Dad has me at the young age of 18. He joined the army and I was born in an army hospital in Alabama. Although my parents divorced, I spent the Summers with my Dad. Everyone loved Bill who was a joy to be around. He could talk on any subject for hours. He told many stories and you never doubted their truth no matter how outlandish they might seem. He always said he loved me more than all the stars in the sky. He also called me beautiful and I knew anytime I called I would be lifted up with positivity and compliments. He also kept positive during his longtime illness. He constantly reassured me that he was saved and believed Jesus Christ was his Savior and that his soul would go to Heaven. I take great comfort in that. I know he is probably reading all the comic book editions he couldn’t find on earth and will be barbecuing for all his friends and family that passed before him. I love you Daddy! Thank you for being someone who always loved me unconditionally. I’ll miss you on earth but know this is only temporary. Enjoy your mansion in Heaven and I’ll see you again one day! Watch over your grandchildren!
